General info

● To commission me, please contact me through email ([email protected]), bluesky (michinoow) or telegram (michinoow)!Kindly send me the information of the commission type you'd like, as well as references of your character(s) and any details you'd want included.● I hold the right to refuse any commission request that might make me uncomfortable.Right off the bat, I don't do:- Heavy gore or abuse (blood and mild wounds are fine)
- Realism and portraits (pets are okay!)
- Hate speech and any related symbology.● If you want your commission to be private (this means I won't post it on any of my social media nor use it for my portfolio/commissions examples), keep in mind that a extra fee of 10€ will be added to the total price.
Otherwise, as the creator of said art, I might use it as an example in my portoflio (crediting the owner of the characters) or publish it on my social media (bluesky).● During the first stages of the commission, any changes requested will be taken into consideration! However, I won't take requests for a change in the finishing stages if it involves modifying a major part of the artwork (e.g.: changing the pose when I already did the lineart and color of the piece).
If there's something you're not sure about during the sketch, don't be afraid to let me know!

Commission Use

● I retain the right to all commissioned artwork, so any commercial use and reproduction for profit is not allowed without explicit permission.
That is, the commissioned artwork is for personal use only (icons, wallpaper, character references, rpgs, etc).
It can't be used commercially or for profit. (for example, making stickers to sell to others. But you can print for your own use and enjoyment, or as gifts)● It is prohibited to use the artwork to make NFTs out of it or anything related to NFTs.● It is prohibited to use it for AI learning.● It is prohibited to remove my watermark/sign from the artwork.● If you share the commissioned artwork online, please credit "michinoow" as the artist! No need to tag.

Payment and deadlines

● All payments will have to be made through Paypal or Kofi!
I accept two payment methods:1. Full price beforehand.
2. Payment plan of 50% of the total price before the commission starts and the other 50% after the commission is done.● Keep in mind that I won't begin working on the commission until I receive either the first 50% payment or the full amount (depending on the preferred payment method)● When choosing the 50-50% option, once the commission is finished, the final payment will have to be made before I send the artwork in full resolution.*Refunds
I can be flexible with my refund policy! Life's situation can change at any given moment, so I understand. But generally, refunds will not be available once I've worked pass the sketch phase of the commission.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from completing the commission, a full refund will be issued.If you have a problem and/or need a refund, please let me know and we can see what solutions could be available.Requesting a refund through Paypal without warning nor previous discussion will result in blacklisting, report through Paypal and a public beware for the art community. Please do not do this, it's extremely rude and, at least in my case, refunds are always flexible and can be discussed.

Timelines and Updates

● A rough (or specific) deadline will be given before payment.
Depending on the commission type and complexity, it can take me from less than 1 hour, to 2-3 days and up to a max of 2 weeks.
Kindly keep in mind that, except during summer, the rest of the year I can only work during weekends (from Thursday/Friday to Sunday), so any updates will only be given during that time.● Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case, I will communicate any possible changes to the original deadline provided.● I will provide periodic updates on the commission's progress, which consist of, at the very least:- At least 2 rough initial concept sketches to choose from before I move into lineart, color and rendering.
- A final update for you to approve. If everything is up to what was expected, I will send you a google drive link with the image in full resolution (or similar way that preserves the quality)Depending on the type of commission, I may send more updates to check that everything goes smoothly!
